TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Banking Services Operations Associates to assist a prominent financial institution located in Amherst, NY. These positions will take place ON-SITE.

These positions will offer the opportunity to gain experience with a well-established organization.

These positions are part of annual project that will offer a strong chance of extension or permanency.

Job Description

· Review documents for accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements

· Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system

· Properly secure collateral for the Bank

· Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution

· Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of office experience providing direct customer/member service preferably in a business office setting

· Attention to detail

· Ability to effectively operate PC (using a Windows Operating system) and other office equipment

· Ability to work overtime when needed is required

Hours/Shift

Standard Shift will be:

Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 4:30pm where overtime days will be expected and will have a shift of Monday- Friday 8am-7pm or 7am- 6pm

Pay

21/hr. (flexibility here based off experience)
