Our client, a global supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for high-tech industries, is seeking a Field Desktop Support Technician to join their team.
Job Title: Field Desktop Support Technician
Location: Ambler and Chester, Pennsylvania
Contract 6-12 months to start
What's the Job?
4-year Degree in computer science or a 2-year computer-related degree with 3 years of experience.
Prior desktop support experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and Office 365 applications.
Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues to ensure effective performance.
Provide technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of hardware and systems software.
