*Good attitude & willingness to learn. *

*Maintain all packing equipment. *

*Install rolls of film on packing machines and replace rolls when existing rolls are going to run out (making sure to use all film on roll). *

*Install rolls of film ranging up to 85 lbs. on each packing machine. *

*Proper machine set-up with correct codes, weights, bags, etc. *

*Assure good seals, straight cutoffs and seals. *

*Must work in an efficient and timely manner to prevent waste and errors. *

*Demonstrate ability to be a team player and work independently to include outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. *

*Must be able to continuously lift to 30 lbs., on occasion 50 lbs. *

*Employees will be required to bend/stoop, push/pull, squat, reach above shoulder level and occasionally climb. *

*Exposure to manufacturing environmental conditions including noise, machinery, fumes, dust, odors and heat. *

*Fast paced environment. *
