JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Altoona seeks a part-time instructor to teach in-person lectures and labs in Electrical or Computer Engineering Technology, and related disciplines beginning Fall 2025. The primary need is in microcontrollers and embedded controllers with applications. Other potential areas include electrical circuits and systems, circuit theory, discrete and integrated electronics, digital design, electric machines, PLC programming, automatic control systems, and computer I/O.

A Master's degree, or equivalent education and experience, in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field is required. Experience teaching at the college-level is preferred. The successful candidate will be committed to active and collaborative learning and the instructional use of technology in a student-centered environment.
