Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Maintenance/Facilities Manager, supervises all functions of one or more of the manufacturing or facilities maintenance areas to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of production and/or facility equipment or area. Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Supervises all functions of one or more of the manufacturing or facilities maintenance areas to ensure safe, timely and efficient maintenance of production and/or facility equipment or area.
- Main responsibilities include efficient use of material, equipment, tools and human resources; short-term planning; scheduling tasks and duties for Team Leaders over multiple shifts; supervising all maintenance, repairs, cleaning and projects performed in the area.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of a unit.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
Provides direct or supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. Accountabilities include work and people scheduling, performance management and recommendations for hiring decisions.
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
