Position Summary:

 

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• • Oversees alignment and successful execution of all initiatives and projects within the programs to deliver new capabilities and achieve strategic business outcomes.
• • Develops and manages program-level budget and timelines inclusive of all initiatives and projects within programs. Responsible for the ensuring the programs business cases are realized.
• • Leads project managers in identifying risks and developing mitigation plans across multiple projects within the program. Responsible for ensuring that all projects within programs remain on track and within budget.
• • Works closely with program sponsor, project managers and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan and budget for new initiatives.
• • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
• • Drives and supports continuous process excellence and improvement initiatives throughout the PMO, supports prioritization of programs and projects based on business impact and resource capacity.

Qualifications

Required:

• • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• • 10-12 years related experience required.
• • Applicable industry/professional certifi ation preferred.
• • Regular and predictable attendance

• • Occasional business travel required
