Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):

$71,800.00 - $133,400.00

Your employment or engagement with Infinera shall be contingent on verifying your eligibility or requirement for obtaining a necessary license and/or authorization from the appropriate agency. You will be required to provide certain information for export control compliance assessment purposes, and your information will be reviewed by Infinera's hiring and export control teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations. Infinera will collect necessary documents (such as proof of citizenship etc.) to assess

license/authorization requirements if you are offered and accept the position.

Manage a team of 3rd shift production technicians to ensure assembly and test operations are carried out to meet production requirements. Monitor material flow through the product on line and report on throughput results and WIP/FGI levels. Communicate line status and priorities to the Operations team. Third Shift Position

 

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of 3rd shift production technicians to ensure assembly and test operations are carried out to meet production requirements
    • Monitor material flow through the production line and report on throughput results and WIP/FGI levels
    • Communicate line status and priorities to the Operations team
    • Evaluate and execute on hiring, training, and cross training needs
    • Coordinate technician PTO schedules and review timesheets
    • Identify and communicate production line issues
    • Manage material cycle count program
    • Investigate and resolve MRP system variances
    • Ensure shop compliance to quality initiatives

       

**Education / Experience:**
    • 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment req'd
    • Supervisor experience preferred
    • Experience with SAP and Agile a plus

       

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Good written and oral communications skills
    • Ability to work as a team member
    • Good project management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
