TEKsystems is looking to hire a large group of Customer Service Representatives to work for a client based in the Allentown, PA

area.

These are entry level positions with a large, stable client of ours. Our client loves to promote career growth and keep their employees happy with a great culture and laid-back atmosphere.

Job Description

· Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.

· Estimated 80 minimum per day

· Required to dispatch call to appropriate department

· Resolve all issues in a timely manner

· Calls will be regarding scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries

· Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers

· Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes

Qualifications

· 2 years of call center experience

· Computer proficiency

· Data entry expereince

Hours/Shift

Mon - Fri: 8:30am- 5:00pm

Pay

17/hr.
