Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that include managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process

• Enter data accurately and efficiently for record-keeping purposes

• Process invoices and ensure they are coded correctly

• Reconcile account discrepancies in a timely manner

• Conduct check runs to ensure all payments are made on schedule

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with a proven ability to reconcile complex accounts accurately and efficiently.

• Solid background in Accounts Payable (AP), with an understanding of the entire AP process.

• Experience in Check Runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices, with the ability to code various types of invoices correctly.

• Excellent Data Entry skills, demonstrating speed and accuracy.

• Proficient in Invoice Processing, with the ability to process large volumes of invoices.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup and other functions.
