But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities. How You’ll Spend Your Time:Overseeing and performing valuation, consulting and advisory services relating to healthcare entitiesOverseeing and performing the analysis of compensation arrangements for healthcare entities to include; clinical service, coverage arrangements, physician executive services, etc.Overseeing and performing purchase price allocations for financial and tax reporting purposesOverseeing and performing the analysis of physician compensation arrangements, lease arrangements, etc. in order to be Stark and Anti-Kickback compliantTaking an active role in business development, client management, and project managementThe Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or similar quantitative discipline5+ years of performing valuation related services.In-depth understanding of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transactions, etc.,Must hold valuation related certification including ASA, CVA, ABV, CEIV, or CFAAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Capital IQ and MGMA and AMGA databases preferredCapacity to work independently on projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skillsThe compensation for this position will vary by location.
