Oracle Senior Revenue Insights Analyst in Albany, New York
Job Description
NetSuite is looking for an organized, data-driven, and strategic analyst to own the Marketing and SDR activities within our Revenue Planning & Insights group. The ideal candidate gets excited about business analytics, can synthesize complex planning activities into simple explanations, and is comfortable driving change through a collaborative approach. Strong problem-solving skills, SQL expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
The AMO Revenue Insights team is critical to the NetSuite GBU’s GTM team. We set strategic goals to expand our customer base and consult with executive leadership on areas of weakness or opportunity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Design and implement an AMO sales funnel, providing visibility into customer interactions, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in NetSuite.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision making.
Explain key planning drivers, gather feedback from Marketing & SDR orgs, and make recommendations to senior leaders.
Help craft and measure sales strategy for our vertical stakeholders. Proactively uncover potential issues and offer insights for optimization.
Who You Are
3-5+ years supporting sales and/or marketing in an FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Data Science role.
Demonstrated understanding of B2B SaaS with an emphasis on go-to-market teams.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience with a BI tool (Looker, Domo, Tableau, etc), ERP (NetSuite) and/or an EPM tool is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights.
Pro-active and independent worker; willing and able to plan and execute foundational research, while also solving short-term problems.
Strategic thinking and creative problem solver.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
