The Pike Company Senior Project Manager - Semiconductor in Albany, New York

Pike Construction Services is looking for a Senior Project Construction Manager to add to our growing team in New York and New England . We are looking for a top talented PM who has experience managing large industrial construction projects from start to finish with expertise in Semiconductor/Micro-Electronics. This position will require someone who is open to a challenge, who wants to drive innovation and is a technical expert.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects regionally that will focus on the semiconductor and micro-electronics industry.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have led multiple construction projects successfully from start to finish specific to semiconductor and microelectronics industry

  • be able to make connections and develop relationships with owners and stakeholders to ensure client requirements and expectations are being met

  • be able to assemble and manage a project team and provide expertise through all phases from project startup to turnover

    Education/Experience:

    Candidates must have Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or minimum of 5 years’ as a successful Project Manager II; or a minimum of 20 years’ equivalent experience in the construction industry, required.

  • Extensive experience in semiconductor facilities, with multiple years in a lead project management role.

  • Experience with major regulations and industry codes and standards affecting standard design, specification and quality.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as construction software usage, contract documents and job documentation, required.

  • Understanding of Cost/Estimating, required.

  • Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.

    The base salary range for this position is $91,000 - $141,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
