We are currently hiring a Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist, to work in our Care Coordination Services Agency. As the Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist, you would be responsible for:

  • Engagement and outreach to people who use drugs

  • Risk reduction education

  • Linkage and navigation

  • Brief assessment of client needs

Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Minimum Salary: $38,000.00/year

Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Maximum Salary: $38,000.00/year

Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-3 years’ experience working with people who use drugs
