SUNY Albany Administrative Manager for Nursing Progr in Albany, New York
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fiscal, personnel, and facilities management.
- Related academic affairs support for the program.
- Serve as a liaison between the Nursing Program and the Dean's Office, other Public Health units, and campus administrative offices.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in an office setting.
- Evidence of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Evidence of strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn and use new technology, including university systems, such as Slate, EAB, PeopleSoft, and Business Intelligence.
- Applicants must demonstrate an ability to develop inclusive and equitable relationships within our diverse campus community.
- Some evening/weekend work may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
