Narrative:

As a member of the Hospice Team, the administrative coordinator will support the mission of Hospice.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff

  • greeting guests to our corporate office

  • sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry, maintaining databases for the quality team

  • assistance with onboarding of new colleagues in collaboration with the education team, collaborate with vendors, and use of computer software.

  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-changing environment,

  • ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience.

  • Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change.

Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
