NJ Employer Farmworkers in Aberdeen, New Jersey

Anticipated period of employment: 07/01/2024 to 12/15/2024.

All applicants must have 3 months experience hand harvesting a perishable crop. Applicants must be able to furnish affirmative job references from recent employers.

Workers will plant cultivate and harvest vegetable crops grown on employers farm. Workers will work transplanting, hoeing hand weeding, installing and removing drip irrigation and plastic, hand seeding and general crop care up to and after harvest. Workers may perform support duties such as operation of tractors, or other farm equipment, packing, and general orchard/field maintenance. See ETA 790/790A for a complete job description.

Only workers meeting all qualifications on the job order should be referred by the Job Service Office. Interested candidates must contact their local employment office to receive a copy of the job order (ETA 790/790A) and applicable attachments. Once the applicant has a copy of the job order they may apply directly to the employer by email or by phone to schedule an interview Monday-Thursday during the hours 8am-12pm EST.
