Director, Evenings M-F , 4-12:30am

• Carry 3-4 Client cases on a consistent basis; subject to patient census.

• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.

• Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.

• Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.

• Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, CASAC required

• At least 3 years managing and developing a team

• Proven leadership skills a must

• Organizational skills a must

• Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully

• Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization

Salary Description

$55k to $60k
