The Mechanical Assembler operates light machinery and hand tools to manuracture and repair a variety of safety products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize hand tools
• Operate light machinery such as drill, saw, hydraulic iron worker
• Prep work for all units:  pull cable, drum assembly, setting brakes, materials winches, drill press and saw
• Product inspection and boxing
• Assemble a variety of safety products such as self-retracting lifelines, roof safety equipment, fall protection anchorage connectors, confined space entry systems, ladder systems and rescue systems.
• Reading orders and blueprints to determine hardware and tools to be used.
